Our first class action against AT&T, the case of Chris Shoff and Blake Traister, concluded in 2008, involved Senior System Managers, Systems Managers, Senior Network Managers, Senior Technical Managers, Senior Implementation Managers, Implementation Managers, and some Technical Managers, as set forth in the settlement agreement approved by the court.
That case settled for $16 million, and received final approval on February 10, 2009.
